This summer addition to our clog family is based on our timeless Pardes sandals, set on our signature mahogany colored wooden platforms. The platform is made of real wood, but is surprisingly comfortable thanks to the soft leather insole. The beautiful cognac color lends a casual vibe to these sophisticated and modern sandals.

Shipping Policy

Domestic (Israel):

Free courier delivery on orders over 399 NIS (3-5 business days)

Orders under 399 NIS – 25 NIS shipping fee

International:

Free delivery on orders over 1,500 NIS (4-9 business days)

Orders under 1,500 NIS – 20 USD shipping fee

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your LAX purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, please review our policy below.

Domestic Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the return label.

Returns are handled by our courier service and incur a 25 NIS shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return labels must be issued by LAX. Returns shipped using third-party services will not be accepted.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Domestic Exchanges

The first exchange is free and handled by our courier service.

From the second exchange onward, a 25 NIS shipping fee will apply.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you are exchanging for a product with a higher price, we will issue a payment request for the difference. If the new item is lower in price, we will refund the difference once the exchange is processed.

If the item was purchased at a discounted price, the same discount will apply to the replacement if eligible.

 International Returns

Return labels must be issued by LAX. Returns shipped using third-party services will not be accepted.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

International Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you are exchanging for a product with a higher price, we will issue a payment request for the difference. If the new item is lower in price, we will refund the difference once the exchange is processed.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original shoe box, without damage or shipping labels directly on it.

The shoe box must be placed inside an appropriate shipping box of similar size.

Oversized packaging or missing original packaging may result in rejection of the return.

Items returned in unacceptable condition will be shipped back to the customer.

LAX is not responsible for personal or unrelated items included in return parcels. If this occurs, the customer will be required to pay a 15 NIS fee to retrieve the item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and approved.

Please allow up to 14 business days from the time your return arrives at our warehouse.

The return shipping fee of 25 NIS will be deducted from the total refund amount.


Store Credit and Gift Cards

Returns for store credit are free of charge.

Store credit and gift cards are valid for one year and can only be used in the market they were issued.

Store credit and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Orders paid with a gift card will be refunded proportionally between the gift card and the original payment method.


Final Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or during a promotion can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
This applies to items purchased with discount codes or from outlet sections.


Warranty

We offer a 6-month warranty for products purchased online. 

 The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal wear and use.

Not covered under warranty:

Damage due to misuse, water, or neglect

Unauthorized repairs or alterations

Normal wear and tear

Contact us for request warranty service 

 with your order number, issue description, and photos.
Repair offers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.


Sample Sale and Final Sale

All items purchased during Sample Sales or marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
No warranty applies to these items. Store credit cannot be used during Sample Sales.

Delivery

Within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive an email from the LAX team confirming your order. A tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping

Free shipping on orders over 399 NIS

Central District: Up to 7 working days

Rest of the country: Up to 12 working days

International Shipping

Free shipping on orders over 1,000 NIS (delivery within up to 25 working days)

Orders under 1,000 NIS: Delivery fees vary by destination


Return Policy

Before returning any items, please contact LAX.

We offer a 14-day exchange/refund policy on all online purchases.

The product and its packaging must be handled with care and returned in original condition.

Used or damaged products will not be eligible for a refund.Shoes must be tried on only on a carpeted surface before wear.

Items must be returned in their original shoe box, with the shoe box protected during shipping.

We recommend using a postal tracking service when returning goods and providing a tracking number. The parcel must be clearly marked as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid unnecessary customs charges.

LAX is not responsible for any customs or additional fees incurred on returned goods. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refunds/exchanges include LAX’s delivery costs but do not include the return shipping fees paid by the customer.

All refunds/exchanges are subject to LAX's discretion.

Unclaimed Packages

LAX reserves the right to charge a handling fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs for any unclaimed packages.


Local Taxes & Fees

Customers are responsible for any local taxes or fees imposed by authorities. Please check with your local customs office regarding additional charges before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please notify us in writing immediately. A full refund will be issued.

After Shipping: Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been dispatched.

Discount Policy

During special sales or promotional events, multiple discounts or promotions may not be combined. Only one offer may be applied per purchase, unless stated otherwise.


Exchange Policy

Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface to ensure the correct size and fit.

If you wish to exchange a product, please notify us in writing.

The original product must be returned before an exchange is authorized.

Exchanges/refunds include LAX’s delivery costs but exclude return shipping costs.

Faulty Items

All items undergo quality control before being dispatched.

If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing defect occurs within six months of purchase.

Items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Whenever possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
